About Leadership Greater Hartford

Founded in 1977, Leadership Greater Hartford has grown to be one of the largest, most diverse and most effective community leadership organizations in the country.  We provide programs for mid-career professionals, teens, senior executives and retirement-age individuals, along with a wide variety of community programs and consulting services.

Leadership Greater Hartford's mission is to develop, connect and inspire diverse leaders to build strong and vibrant communities throughout Greater Hartford.
