Leadership Greater Hartford's
Leadership Development Fund
The Leadership Greater Hartford Development Fund helps underwrite the investment required to develop new programs. In the past, Leadership Greater Hartford used this fund to research and create such efforts as the Third Age Initiative and High Hopes, programs that continue today. It is also the source of scholarships for participants who have limited financial means, but unlimited leadership potential.
The ability to provide scholarships ensures our programs remain diverse in their composition, focus and viewpoints. This is a core aspect of the Leadership Greater Hartford experience, enabling participants to develop relationships with people unlike themselves.
Support from generous donors to the Leadership Development Fund and proceeds from our annual Polaris fundraiser allows Leadership Greater Hartford to continue its work of "building leaders while building community."
