Community Connections: The Hollander - A Common Ground Project

Join LGH for another in our new Community Connections Series highlighting the people and places that make our community special.
On June 15th Community Connections will be visiting The Hollander in downtown Hartford. The Hollander is a Common Ground mixed income community bringing together residents with a wide range of interests, experiences, backgrounds, and incomes.
Since 1990, Common Ground has been a pioneer in the development of supportive housing and other research-based practices that end homelessness. Their network of well designed, affordable apartments — linked to the services people need to maintain their housing, restore their health, and regain their economic independence — has enabled more than 4,000 individuals to overcome homelessness.
