Participants will:

• Gain a greater understanding of creative problem solving and how to leverage assets and limited resources
• Meet area leaders and organizations that represent how collaborative work throughout the region has created and sustained effective communities
• Learn the importance of diverse groups working together for teh sustainment of effective communities
• Develop an understanding of the history of the Greater Hartford region, with an emphasis on how the changes in demographics of the region has affected that history
