LESSONS IN LEADERSHIP is a discussion series for area business, educational and nonprofit leaders interested in improving their leadership understanding and skills. The series is organized around From Values to Action - The Four Principles of Values-Based Leadership by Harry M. Jansen Kraemer, Jr.

WHY: Leaders must take time to grow personally for the benefit of those they serve.  To foster a sense of common purpose, it is important to find venues where leaders of different disciplines can meet, share their diverse perspectives and identify shared interests.

WHEN/WHERE: From 7:30-9am on the schedule below.  We will gather in the Crystal Room at Saint Joseph College in West Hartford.  Light breakfast is provided. Parking is free and easy.

SESSION TOPICS: Although individual sessions are "stand alone" and reading the book is not required, we recommend that you read the book and attend as many sessions as possible to take full advantage of this series.

REGISTRATION: Register online at www.leadershipgh.org. There is a non-member registration fee
of $15 per session. Registration is FREE to employees of BlumShaprio and Saint Francis Hospital
and Medical Center, members of Leadership Greater Hartford, and faculty and staff of Saint Joseph
College. You must register for individual sessions.

The book From Values to Action by Harry M. Jansen Kraemer, Jr., is available in both print and
electronic versions from a variety of sources.
