When Leadership Greater Hartford merged with the Hartford ALF chapter, they revised the curriculum based on recommendations from leadership curriculum experts, ALF chapters across the country, and the advice of Harvard Business School alumni.  The result is a unique graduate level experience that reflects the best practices in contemporary leadership.  It is designed to serve people who are already recognized leaders with significant spheres of influence within the community. 

 Here are a few quick facts:

• The next class will begin in June 2007.
• Participants will be expected to invest 15 days over the program year.
• These 15 days include a mandatory five day Outward Bound® wilderness experience, currently planned for early August.
• The class will organize a forum in the spring to focus public attention on an issue of regional interest.
