Buckley is a recognized expert in healthcare and financial services, most recently serving as Executive Consultant/Strategic Planning and System Development at Yale New Haven Health System as well as serving in a similar capacity at Masonicare, Wallingford, the largest provider of senior-focused inpatient and outpatient health care services in the state of Connecticut. Previously, she was a Senior Advisor with Kurt Salmon Associates-Healthcare Consulting Division of Atlanta, Georgia. With long-term expertise in the corporate finance field, Buckley served as director of strategic finance at Citigroup and as vice president corporate finance at Bank of America, both in New York. Buckley's background also includes BNP/Paribas Capital Markets, in New York City. A resident of Avon, Buckley graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. in political science and received her Executive-MBA, with a concentration in health care, from the University of Hartford/Barney School. She is active in the community as a board member of Leadership Greater Hartford and Capital Workforce Partners. Barwis noted, "We enthusiastically welcome Kathleen to our staff.
