Leadership Greater Hartford is more than a leadership training program—it is a catalyst for community transformation. We believe the health of our community depends on our ability to identify, develop and connect leaders of all ages and backgrounds. We do this in many ways:

•  by bringing together diverse leaders to address common issues in our region;
•  by raising our members’ awareness about community needs, challenges and accomplishments;
•  by featuring team projects that address community needs in our leadership programs;
•  by recruiting and encouraging our members to support area service organizations.

Over 30 years of work with leaders in the business, government, non-profit, academic and community service areas has enabled us to generate a network of almost 4,000 change agents.
