OnTrack Hartford is a 5-week introduction to your life in Hartford, both during and after work.  About 25 recent graduates and new hires from across Hartford come together to learn more about themselves, the area, and each other.

• Discover what is hot, cool, and new in Hartford

• Participate in a meaningful community service project

• Develop your leadership skills through workshops and activities

• Learn who is making positive things happen in the area, how they are doing it, and how you can take part.

• Confirm you have started your career in the right place and right time!
