SUMMIT is a new program being launched by Leadership Greater Hartford in Spring 2011. Enrollment in this program is by invitation only.

SUMMIT, a premier program being offered by Leadership Greater Hartford in association with The Clarion Group, provides a powerful leadership development experience for a diverse group of advanced leaders.

We are inviting 15 to 20 senior-level executives from many sectors in the region in pursuit of individual, organizational and collective goals.

We believe that extraordinary leaders build extraordinary organizations and contribute to extraordinary communities. SUMMIT creates an environment where peers can focus their abilities and values, and support each other in developing ideas and actions that will help them and their organization make a difference in the broader community. The outcomes of SUMMIT will be enhanced performance, personal growth and sustainable benefits to the individual, their organization and the community.
