Spring Training workshops are offered as brief refresher courses on timely leadership topics. Busy professionals appreciate the morning sessions at LGH offices, with convenient parking and a light breakfast.
Sessions are offered once a week for several weeks. Participants can attend the full series, or pick and choose topics of interest. The number of attendees is limited, so every workshop includes the opportunity for questions and discussion with an expert in the field.
Topics in 2009 included techniques for managing email and time, the business use of on-line social networking tools and managing diverse, intergenerational teams. Topics for 2010 will be announced in the Spring.
