LGH invites you to join us for a Leaders in Focus event featuring Patricia Kelly, Founder and CEO of Ebony Horsewomen and a nationally recognized leader in equine-assisted therapy and community development.
For more than 40 years, Patricia has used the healing power of horses to transform lives across Hartford and beyond. Through Ebony Horsewomen, she has created programs that support youth, veterans, families, and individuals facing trauma, while building one of the nation’s first Black-operated therapeutic riding centers. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Hall of Fame inductee, Patricia’s leadership has earned national recognition, including being named a CNN Hero.
Patricia will share insights on leadership, resilience, healing, and the importance of creating spaces where individuals and communities can thrive.
Following the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to tour Ebony Horsewomen and learn more about the organization's impact throughout our region.
