Session One kicks off our series by grounding participants in the core question at the heart of effective leadership: Who am I as a leader, and what do I stand on when things get hard?
Through Chapters 1–6 of Strong Ground, this session explores courage, resilience, and the power of self-reflection, inviting leaders to examine how values shape decision-making, influence relationships, and guide us through moments of uncertainty.
