Session Two builds on the foundation of Strong Ground by challenging leaders to lead with greater intention, courage, and shared purpose. Centered on the core question How do we lead with clarity, courage, and shared purpose?, this session invites participants to examine what it truly means to be a daring leader in times of change and uncertainty.
Through Chapters 7–11, participants will explore the balance between managing and leading, the anatomy of meaningful transformation, and the importance of mission clarity as a guiding force. With insights from thought leaders and futurists, this session encourages leaders to look ahead, adapt strategically, and steer confidently—even when the path forward feels uncertain.
